When you think of Mr. Comer you might think of the device guy, or maybe the guy from the assemblies. But he's much more than that! He’s our Vice Principal with an interesting background! I decided to interview him and here is what he said!
He worked at an entertainment company dressing up as characters, like Elmo, Mickey Mouse, and Power Rangers! He made cotton candy and balloon animals too!
And he wasn’t always a teacher, He went to SUNY Albany/ UAlbany where he got his bachelors. He studied anthropology and biology, and did field research in Costa Rica.
Mr. Comer started working here 3 years ago. His favorite part of his job is working with kids and having more contact with families. Some advice he would give to students in this school is “Do your homework”. When you put your mind to something you can get it done. He says that his job is to make this school work for more kids.
