By now we have all heard of the school’s musical that is run by Mrs. Navre and Ms. Allen. Most people really like and have joined. But what about everyone else? Are they happy to have a school musical, or would they be fine without it? Do they think this is a good thing for Marie Curie Middle School or a bad thing?
Hayley Huang says that she is going to try to be in the musical, and she is happy to have it at the school because she likes singing and dancing. She thinks it is a good thing for Marie Curie, if you have no other clubs it is perfect to join! Another sixth grader says she will not be in the musical, she is happy we have it though. She thinks it’s obvious that the musical is good for our school.
Timothy Um says he will try to be a stage crew in the musical. He is happy to have it at the school because he thinks doing stage crew would be really fun. He thinks it is good for the school because it is a really special opportunity. Angelina Veljkovic says she is not going to be in the school’s musical but she is very happy to have the option to join at the school. She thinks it is good for Marie Curie because people can show off their different talents in it, and it’s also a great opportunity.
All in all the students at Marie Curie think the theatre club is a really good thing for the school. Even if some of them can’t join they think it is an amazing opportunity for their fellow peers. I personally agree with their opinions and I think that the theatre club is a really great thing for the students at this school and also for Mrs. Navre and Ms. Allen. It will be exciting to see the first production of Shrek!
