Who Is Punch the Monkey?

Punch the Monkey. An online sensation. But who really is he? Punch the monkey was born July 2025. He is currently 7 months old. He is located in the Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan. He was abandoned July 26th, 2026 by his mother due to the lack of maternal care. On February 19th 2026, a group of older monkeys started to attack Punch. Once Punch escaped, he went to his stuffed animal for comfort. The video of Punch getting attacked resurfaced and people weren't happy. Some people stated they would pack their bags and go to Japan to save Punch. The main thing people noticed though, the stuffed animal Punch ran over to. 

In Japan, the zoo gave Punch the stuffed animal in place for his mother. The warmth and comfort of the stuffed animal is supposed to represent a mothers love. The stuffed animal later discovered? An IKEA  stuffed monkey. After the duel, Punch was seen running over to the stuffed animal and giving it a hug. This heartwarming event had the public in shambles.
