What Makes The Perfect Job?

A job is an important part of a person's life. It is the way you make money to pay for your rent and bills. Many jobs require difficult labor and pay high. Others are easy and fun, but can pay low.  With so many options, it's hard to decide what job fits you best. In this article, we will discuss what can be the best job for people depending on their position in life.

The perfect job has to have three main conditions:

  • Good working conditions

  • Decent or high pay

  • Not boring and time consuming

With all of these conditions, this may make the perfect job. But most jobs do not have these conditions. The difficulty of jobs will also be taken into account, meaning medical, law, business, and acting will be excluded since those jobs are difficult to enter.  People take many years of professional training to acquire these high-paying roles.

The first necessity for a perfect job is safe and sanitary working conditions.  People can find out if they have any bad working areas by inspecting the area. For instance, if a person works at a car repair shop, they can ask for clarifications on any risks or concerns they might have when doing the job.

Another crucial necessity for the perfect job is a high salary. A high paying job is always good since people might want to have kids and a wife. People have to find ways to support themselves. Money is one of the greatest materials in today's society and can be used to buy anything.  Therefore, some jobs high paying jobs are in healthcare (doctors, surgeons, and others), mathematics (engineering, physics, and others), law (lawyers and politics), management (manager, CEO and others), finance (accounting and banking), and coding or software (software engineering, IT management, others). These are all great jobs with good pay and safe conditions.

While some jobs are high paying and safe, many are boring and time consuming. If a person wants a perfect job, it needs  to be fun or have leisure time. These include jobs like sports, art (music, singing, etc), and social media which are ridiculously hard to achieve. Sports require athleticism, genetics, and practice. Art requires artistic skills and practice. Streaming requires mental health and a good fandom. However, all of them have a common factor requiring money. Having a camera, a studio, and practice can cost thousands of dollars.   Therefore, a person needs a job that is not only easy to get into, but also doesn’t require a preposterous amount of money.

Now this makes finding this job even more difficult because most of these careers, if not all, don’t meet the criteria. Therefore, there really isn’t a “perfect” job that meets every requirement. Instead, people can find a career that is near these requirements. Of course, the best “nearly perfect” job is... a doctor. This career offers high pay, great working conditions, and helps people! Although this job isn’t easy to get into, is time consuming, and is kind of boring, the pros outweigh the cons.
