You’ve probably or probably didn’t hear this but… Melanie Martinez has a new album coming out on March 31st! If you don’t know who Melanie Martinez is, I will tell you. Melanie Adele Martinez is an American singer and songwriter. She made two albums and 3 EPs. The persona she plays is Crybaby.
On February 17th 2023, a new single was released on her Spotify, this single is labeled as “…”. People on all social media were talking about it and it quickly spread and people speculated that Melanie was making a new album.
On February 18th 2023, Melanie changed her profile picture and all of their posts on all of their socials have been archived and replaced with one post, a video of a green foggy area with a mushroom that has been written on, it says “RIP Crybaby” with a heart written around it. A song was playing in the background. Crybabies or Mel’s Moths call the song ‘Back From The Dead’.

On February 22nd, she posted a video of an egg hatching, what was inside is a pink skinned creature with 4 eyes. It turned out to be Crybaby. It went viral and it t created hate for her. Some people don't like her new aesthetic,

On twitter, @melspurgatory received a package, when they opened the package, there was an egg and inside that was a usb included in the egg. Apparently it a snippet on one of the songs in album, this snippet is Track #2

There are many more tracks that have been sent by AtlanticRecords to fans of Melanie. But I'm not going to list all of them but the bottom line was that 14 eggs were sent. You may think that means there 14 tracks but that’s wrong, there are only 13 tracks.
