Is cereal a soup?

No. Name a soup that incorporates sugar crunchy shapes and cold milk. It doesn't exist.

Should pineapple be on pizza? 

Absolutely not. If you think about it, you are putting fruit on melted cheese and tomato sauce. That sounds pretty nasty to me.

Should you put the milk before the cereal

No. The cereal only gets fully covered if you put it in first, and then the milk.

Is a hotdog a sandwich?

Yes. It is a technically a piece of meat in between 2 pieces of bread, just like any other sandwich

Is water wet?       

No. It has the ability to wake something wet, because it itself is not wet because it does not have a surface to get wet on.

 Should homework be banned?

YES. We should be doing all of our work in school.

Is a taco a sandwich?

I do not think a taco is a sandwich. It is basically a tortilla with some components, so because of the tortilla I would say no.
