1. Be Prepared: If there is a song or dance you have to perform make sure you feel good about it. Then you can focus more on your acting/facial expressions.
2. Be Kind to Everyone: The audition starts as soon as you walk through the door. If you're rude or don't cooperate, they won't want to cast you because you may be hard to work with.
3. Be On Time: Coming in on time will show that you want to be there and that you are dedicated.
4. Use Your Time Wisely: If you have extra time, use it to practice your lines so you feel confident.
5. Mistakes Happen: If you mess up, don't ask to restart. Keep on going. They're more likely to not notice if you don't stop. If you point it out, they'll know for sure.
Using these tips you will feel more prepared for all your auditions! Especially the Beetlejuice Audition coming up on Monday 12/9 and Tuesday 12/10 in the MS158 auditorium.
